Aug 9 , Aug 8 , Hubdoc – Documents uploading are not being processed. Our technical teams have identified that this related to an issue with one of the hosts. After restarting the host, performance returned to normal.

Resolved – Our team has resolved the issue that was impacting customers ability to access certain products in Xero. A change was made to our production monitoring tool which resulted in interruptions to our services.
